1A Class Operating Room
According to DIN 1946/4 standard, 1a Recirculated Laminar Flow Ceiling Simulation Laboratory was supported by TÜBİTAK 1507 R & D support program as one of the R & D activities carried out by our company.
The purpose of construction of the laboratory is described that the application knows the correct operating in Turkey are not actually conform to the standard. Simulations made with Ansys Fluent CFD analysis program were also verified.
The laboratory has been tested by an accredited organization according to TS EN ISO 14644-1-2-3: 2006, DIN 1946-4: 2008, VDI 2167: 2007 standards.
It is 7x7 meters with general lines. The Resirukla Laminar Flow Ceiling distributes air in the laboratory and has 1 2400 m3 / h dehumidified hygienic air handling unit and condenser unit which feeds the DX coil.
A paper was prepared and presented at the International Symposium on Green Energy Symposium by using the outputs of the iz New Generation, Operational, Laminar Flow Design with Horizontal Filter for Hospitals. Project, and an article on this project was prepared.
We serve our industry by giving trainings about DIN 1946/4 standard to our guests and informing about Resirküle Laminar Flow Ceiling.
